The service is lousy. They take an unnecessarily long time to answer email enquiries. I bought a walker for my mother which was sent via UPS. She refused it on delivery. It went back to them directly unopened and untouched. I had to write to ElderLuxe over and over again for 3 weeks about the return and refund. Finally, they refunded the money, but they also took $326 in what they called "Adjustment Fees"! This is really nasty!

Don't use this company! Get your products somewhere else!
